Service Restored: Wireless Controller Upgrade

The Office of Information Technology will upgrade wireless controllers on the morning of Thursday, April 25 at 5:00 a.m. in order to enhance wireless functionality, increase system stability and accommodate network growth. This work will cause a five-minute outage for the UCB Wireless service in a number of buildings (see Affected Buildings).

Impact

During the upgrade UCB Wireless and Guest Wireless will be unavailable in affected campus buildings (see Affected Buildings below) for up to five minutes.
