The Office of Information Technology will upgrade a distribution router on Tuesday morning, January 8 at 5:30 a.m. making wired and wireless network services unavailable for up to 60 minutes in all residence halls and a number of housing administrative buildings including the Center for Community (C4C). This maintenance is necessary to prepare the router to support current and future network improvements.
During the upgrade all residence halls and a number of housing administrative buildings including the C4C (see Affected Buildings below) will be without wired or wireless network connectivity. This includes the ability to remotely VPN in to any departmental servers in these buildings, for approximately 60 minutes.
If you have questions about this maintenance, please contact the IT Service Center at firstname.lastname@example.org call 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus phone).
