In order to replace a failed voice card, the campus voicemail system 2 will undergo maintenance on the morning of Thursday, April 24, from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. During the one-hour maintenance window, voicemail system 2 (303-492-6244) will be unavailable.
During the one-hour maintenance window, those customers who dial into voicemail system 2 (303-492-6244) to retrieve their messages, and callers trying to leave messages for mailboxes on this system, will receive a message stating the system is out of service and to try again later. Voicemail system 1 will not be impacted by this work.
Service alerts are posted for planned service maintenance and unplanned service outages.
