Service Restored: TCOM Router Upgrade

Description

The Office of Information Technology will upgrade router equipment on the morning of May 24 making network connections (both wired and wireless) unavailable for up to two hours in a number of buildings on campus (see Affected Buildings below).

Impact

During the upgrade a number of buildings will be without wired and wireless network connectivity, including the ability to remotely VPN in to any departmental servers, for up to two hours.

Affected Buildings

Tcom, Balch, Carlson, Clare, DalWard, Env Design, Grounds, Health Phys, Music, Ketchum, Power House, Ramaley, Rec Center, UMC, VAC, Wardenburg.
