The Office of Information Technology will upgrade router equipment on Thursday morning, February 9 in order to increase network performance and address Internet connection problems with Front Range GigaPop (FRGP).
During the upgrade, connections to Level3, NCAR, and NOAA will fail over to our primary connection to the FRGP; however, connections to CU Foundation and VoIP service to Tech Transfer will be unavailable for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Otherwise, Internet service will remain available for the campus throughout the maintenance.
