The Office of Information Technology will conduct maintenance on the OIT firewall on the morning of Wednesday, July 25 making a number of dependent services momentarily unavailable, including customer services in the private cloud (see Affected Services below). This maintenance is necessary to address an issue that is affecting the campus Microsoft Exchange service.
During the maintenance, services including CULearn, Search CU-Boulder (aka Google Search), CUAccess, and customer services in the private cloud will be momentarily unavailable while traffic is shifted between the primary and backup firewalls.
