The Microsoft Office 365 servers, which currently exist in a test environment, will be integrated into the Exchange production environment on Sunday, October 27, beginning at 6:00 a.m. and likely concluding by 9:00 a.m., although the duration of work could extend past this three-hour window.
This work is not expected to impact the Microsoft Exchange email and calendaring service. However, due to the complexity of this work, there is a possibility that one or more client access services (e.g. Outlook Web Access, Outlook client access, IMAP access, mobile device access) will experience a service outage or degradation. If any service outages or degradations are encountered, appropriate communications will be launched.
