Monthly maintenance on UIS-provided enterprise applications will make the Student Information System (ISIS) unavailable, as well as the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals (see Affected Services for complete list), from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22. This maintenance will include changes to the portals and HR to support the future go-live of multi-factor authentication.
Components of ISIS including Campus Solutions, Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS), Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Parchment, Singularity Document Management System, Concur, CU Marketplace, Peoplesoft HRMS and Finance, COGNOS, Electronic Research and Administration (eRA), Leave, and the campus portals (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder) will be unavailable during the 12-hour maintenance window. To reach your Desire2Learn courses when the portal is down, go directly to https://learn.colorado.edu/. Also, the Enterprise Directory update will be paused until after maintenance has been completed, possibly causing a delay in the creation of new IdentiKeys, account provisioning, and downstream data feeds.
