Monthly maintenance on UIS-provided enterprise and business applications will make the Student Information System (ISIS) unavailable, as well as the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals (see Affected Services for complete list), for a full 24 hours, from 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 17 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 18.
Components of ISIS including Campus Solutions, Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS), Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Parchment, Singularity Document Management System, Concur, CU Marketplace, Peoplesoft HRMS and Finance, COGNOS, Electronic Research and Administration (eRA), Leave, and the campus portals (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder) will be unavailable during the 24-hour maintenance window. Also, the Enterprise Directory update will be paused until after maintenance has been completed, possibly causing a delay in the creation of new IdentiKeys, account provisioning, and downstream data feeds.
