Monthly maintenance on UIS-provided enterprise and business applications will make the Student Information System (ISIS) unavailable, as well as the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals (see Affected Services for complete list), on Sunday, April 13 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Components of ISIS including Campus Solutions, Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS), Online Admissions Offering (OAO), Parchment, Singularity Document Management System, Concur, CU Marketplace, Peoplesoft HRMS and Finance, COGNOS, Electronic Research and Administration (eRA), Leave, and the campus portals (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder) will be unavailable during the 12-hour maintenance window. Also, the Enterprise Directory update will likely be paused until after maintenance has been completed, possibly causing a delay in the creation of new IdentiKeys, account provisioning, and downstream data feeds.
