Vendor-required maintenance on UIS-provided enterprise and business applications will make many of the ISIS (Student Information System) services unavailable, as well as the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals (see Affected Services below), for 36 hours, beginning Saturday, October 19 at 6:00 a.m. and ending Sunday, October 20 at 6:00 p.m.
During the 36-hour maintenance window, many components of ISIS including Campus Solutions, DARS, OAO (Online Admissions Offering), Singularity Document Management System, Concur, CU Marketplace, Parchment, Leave, and the campus portals (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder) will be unavailable. Also, the Enterprise Directory update will be paused until after maintenance has been completed, causing a delay in the creation of new IdentiKeys. During the maintenance HRMS, FIN, Cognos/CU Reporting and eRA will remain available via links on the MyCUInfo outage page.
