Upgrades to storage over the weekend will make the ISIS (student information) system unavailable, as well as the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals (see Affected Services below),from 6 p.m. Saturday, October 13 to 6 a.m. Sunday, October 14. This maintenance is necessary to make updates to the storage environment and add capacity for the database environment to improve stability and performance.
During the maintenance users will not be able to reach enterprise applications or the components of ISIS such as Campus Solutions, DARS, the Admissions Application, CRM or the Enterprise Portal (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder), including CU Resources. Also, the Enterprise Directory update will be paused until after maintenance has been completed, causing a delay in the creation of new IdentiKeys for new users. Some downstream data-feeds will remain static until the ED update has been re-started and run to completion.
