The Enterprise Directory service, which provides identity authentication for the majority of OIT services, will be moved to a new content switch on Tuesday, March 25, from 5:30 p.m to 7:00 p.m. During the 90-minute maintenance window, it is anticipated that for approximately 10 minutes around 6:00 p.m., any new IdentiKey logins will fail (for services requiring IdentiKey authentication) and active sessions may be dropped.
