The campus Enterprise Database will undergo an update on Friday, March 30 making a number of online services unavailable including CUConnect, CU-Boulder Identity Manager and Clicker registration.


During the update users will be unable to login to CUConnect, CU-Boulder Identity Manager, Clicker registration, and Northstar lookup services. The Book Store data retrieval, QuickAdmit, SID to Username Service and Token Exchange services will also be affected (see Affected Services below).

Affected Services

CUConnect (, Identity Manager (, Northstar (, CUClickers ( In addition, the following "web services" and applications that are related to UIS portals will be impacted: Book Store data retrieval, QuickAdmit (CEPS quick provisioning), Sid2UserNameService, TokenExchange (provides some single-sign-on access to other resources via the UIS student portal).
