During the update users will be unable to login to CU-Boulder Identity Manager, Clicker registration, Mobile MyCUInfo, and Northstar lookup services. Also, any service using WebAccess for login purposes (e.g. Qualtrics, CDLib, Kronos) will also be impacted. The Book Store data retrieval, QuickAdmit, SID to Username Service and Token Exchange services will also be affected (see Affected Services below).
CU-Boulder Identity Manager (cuidm.colorado.edu), Mobile MyCUInfo (m.colorado.edu/mycuinfo), Northstar (northstar.colorado.edu), CUClickers (cuclickers.colorado.edu). In addition, the following "web services" and applications that are related to UIS portals will be impacted: Book Store data retrieval; QuickAdmit (CEPS quick provisioning); Sid2UserNameService; TokenExchange (provides some single-sign-on access to other resources via the UIS student portal). The following services will be delayed while the ED is down: Rosters (sympa) - Sync attempts will fail but otherwise should use cached data; CULearn TAC Powerlink; Mail Routing Updates (handled by Identity Manager).
