The campus Enterprise Database will undergo an update on Friday, March 29 at 5:00 a.m. making a number of online services unavailable for up to two hours including Mobile MyCUInfo, CU-Boulder Identity Manager, WebAccess and Clicker registration.
During the update users will be unable to login to CU-Boulder Identity Manager, Clicker registration, Mobile MyCUInfo, and Northstar lookup services. Also, any service using WebAccess for login purposes (e.g. Qualtrics, CDLib, Kronos) will also be impacted. The Book Store data retrieval, QuickAdmit, SID to Username Service and Token Exchange services will also be affected (see Affected Services below).
