Service Restored: Content Switch (affecting websites, portals, WebAccess and more)

The Office of Information Technology must move content switches which will affect availability of www.colorado.edu and its subdirectories, some content in the portals, WebAccess and more (see Affected Services) for approximately 15 minutes on Thursday, March 28 at 5:30 a.m. This change is necessary to make data center improvements.

Impact

During the maintenance the affected services (see Affected Services below) will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.

Affected Services

CU Boulder’s website root directory (www.colorado.edu) and its subdirectories; cucontent.colorado.edu (content for www.colorado.edu and the portals); Drupal; MyCUBoulder; CUSearch; Mobile Apps; WebAcces/Federated Shibboleth: logins to Qualtrics, CDLib (DPM Tool), Kronos (Leeds Mentoring), ALEKS Math Assessment and any service using WebAccess for login purposes may also be impacted.
