Description 

Service Restored at 9:00 a.m.:  The OIT Service Center telephones are restored, and the Service Center is again receiving incoming calls at at 303-735-4357 (or 5-HELP from an on-campus phone). The Service Center may also be reached at help@colorado.edu.

Service Issue Reported at 8:00 a.m.:  The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Service Center is currently experiencing technical issues with their telephone system. As a result, they are unable to receive any incoming calls at 303-735-4357 (or 5-HELP from an on-campus phone). Should you need assistance from the OIT Service Center, please send an e-mail to them at help@colorado.edu and include details about the help you need as well as your contact information, including your telephone number. OIT is investigating the technical issues, and more information will be reported here as it becomes available.
