Service Issue Updated 10/20/12: As noted in our previous update, UIS has put in a workaround that has significantly reduced the impact of the intermittent problems seen earlier. They continue to work with Oracle to resolve the problem completely. Users who may experience issues are encouraged to refresh the window and try the task again.
Service Issue Updated at 5:00 p.m. 10/8/12: UIS continues to troubleshoot the issues causing intermittent slowness and difficulty logging into the PeopleSoft portal and related applications. Service Issue Reported at 11:07 a.m 10/8/12.: University Information Services (UIS) has reported issues with the PeopleSoft portal that provides access to self-service applications for students, faculty and staff. As a result, some users are receiving error messages or having difficulties logging on. Users may have issues with single sign-on links, such as Concur, Marketplace and Jobs@CU. Students may have problems accessing course schedules (e.g., through MyCUInfo portal). Recruitment sites may not be able to retrieve current information for prospective students. If users experience an issue, please refresh and try the task again. UIS is investigating and troubleshooting this issue, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
