Service Restored at 9:14 a.m. on 9/27:  The issues with Desire2Learn have been resolved by the vendor, and performance with the system is normal.

Service Issue updated at 9:50 a.m. on 9/26:  Desire2Learn users continue to experience slower-than-expected response times when using the system. OIT continues to work with the Desire2Learn vendor who is working to address the technical issues.

Service Issue Reported at 12:26 p.m. on 9/25:  Some users in the Desire2Learn online learning environment are experiencing slower-than-expected response times when using the system. OIT is working with the Desire2Learn vendor so that they can address the technical issues. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Impact 
Faculty, staff, and students are experiencing slow response times.
