Service Restored at 9:14 a.m. on 9/27: The issues with Desire2Learn have been resolved by the vendor, and performance with the system is normal.
Service Issue updated at 9:50 a.m. on 9/26: Desire2Learn users continue to experience slower-than-expected response times when using the system. OIT continues to work with the Desire2Learn vendor who is working to address the technical issues.
