Service Restored at 3:48 p.m.: UIS has reported that the issue has been addressed and the service is restored.
Service Issue Update at 3:10 p.m.: UIS is working with Nelnet to troubleshoot the issue. Users continue to be unable to log in, or they are logging in and experiencing performance issues.
Service Issue Reported at 2:17 p.m.: University Information Services (UIS) is reporting that Nelnet, which provides CU Bill and Pay functionality, is currently experiencing a technical issue. UIS is reporting that users are experiencing system performance issues or are not able to log in to the system. More information will be provided here as it becomes available.
