Service Issue Resolved by 1:20 pm: The main voice services trunk to the CINC building and Walnut Distribution Center is back up and working properly. Caller ID information should be displaying correctly once again.
Service Issue Reported at 11:12 am: The main voice services trunk to the CINC building and Walnut Distribution Center is currently down. The backup trunk is serving all calling needs however caller ID information may be diminished while the main trunk is unavailable.
