Issue Reported at 1:16 am: Campus border router issues are preventing those who are on campus from reaching some off-campus services and those who are off campus from reaching some on-campus services.
Issue Update at 1:21 am: The campus border router was restarted successfully and network service has returned to normal.
Issue Update at 4:04 am: Border router issues are surfacing again.
Issue Resolved at 6:01 am: Some faulty hardware was replaced and all networking appears to have returned to normal.
