Overview
If you have OIT's previous antivirus software, CA eTrust, installed on your system, you need to uninstall it.

In Applications click on the CA folder. Then click on eTrustITM and finally double click on Uninstall eTrust ITM.

Insert your Name and Password as show in this image:

Click OK.

In the screen that opens click Remove Product.

The client will start to uninstall and should look like this image:

When it is done installing click OK.
