Issue Resolved at 12:08 pm: CULink is functioning normally, and inbound messages that were queued during the service interruption, are being delivered.
Issue Reported at 11:43 am: CULink is currently unresponsive and not permitting logins. OIT is taking steps to remediate the issue and more information should be available shortly.
