We are here to serve you, and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We love to hear how we can improve our support and services to better serve you. Of course we also appreciate hearing about how someone exceeded your customer service expectations. So there are lots of ways for you to provide feedback to us.
Every page on our website has two ways for you to provide feedback: the Feedback tab on the left side of your browser window and the feedback link at the bottom of the text box. When you click one of these a pop-up allows you to immediately send your feedback about an OIT service, our organization, the webpage or anything else you want to share about.

And if you’re served by the IT Service Center or OIT Desktop Support, you may be randomly selected to answer our one-question survey. The survey simply asks whether you were satisfied with the service you received. After indicating Yes or No, you are offered the opportunity to provide additional feedback.

Both of these methods are a great way to share your feedback with us, but you are always welcome to call or email us if you prefer. However, if you if you have a request that demands immediate attention, please contact the IT Service Center at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 303-735-4357 (5-HELP) rather than using survey or webpage feedback tool. This will assure that your request receives the most immediate response possible.
