How to Contact the IT Service Center

Note: For immediate assistance it is best to call 5-HELP, rather than to use email. Email messages are prioritized by the order they are received, while an IT Service Center analyst will always be available by phone during business hours.

IT Service Center Hours

Monday – Friday

7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m.

Note: The IT Service Center is closed during regular campus holidays.
