Issue Resolved: 10:30 p.m.
The failed logins appear to have been an unintended consequence of planned maintenance to apply new licenses. There was no expected outage as a result of the maintenance, but when the maintenance completed, login failures ceased.

Those who log into CULink through webmail (https://culink.colorado.edu/) or use IMAP connections may be experiencing intermittent login failure.
