UIS is reporting the Finance and HR are fully operational.
Update 1:34 p.m.:
The Finance and HR application problems relate to a file system issue. UIS is continuing to work with the application users to restore the files and return to normal operations. At this time UIS anticipates that the file restore will complete in the early evening. Application users should continue to work within their department to identify subsets of functions that can continue during this outage.

University Information Systems (UIS) is aware that reports and processes are not completing successfully in Production. They are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please refrain from running reports and processes until further notice. Updates will be posted here as they become available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
