The Spot email problem is believed to be resolved.

The IT Service Center received reports of Spot users being unable to read their email or discovering an empty inbox. It appears that this issue also affected Rintintin email account owners. The problem likely resulted in rejection of emails sent to Spot or Rintintin accounts.
Service alerts are posted for planned service maintenance and unplanned service outages.
