Microsoft February Security Bulletin

SEVERE
Microsoft has released Security Updates to address multiple vulnerabilities. Systems not updated are vulnerable to a malicious user gaining access to, running harmful software on, changing permissions on, or accessing unauthorized content.
The IT Security Office advises applying the updates as soon as possible. Some of the updates require a restart; please plan accordingly.
