Description
Update: This issue has been resolved.
UIS reports that there appears to be an issue with CenturyLink’s circuits at its E-Fort (i.e. DEV, TEST, SIT, PREP) location. At this time, UIS is seeing some of these services impacted. Some example issues are as follows:
- Database connections (e.g. via TOAD / SQL+, App Designer)
- Logging in via FedAuthn or OID credentials
- Terminal servers inaccessible
UIS has occasionally seen bypass logins (i.e. not OID or FedAuthn) to environments such as CS / HR /FIN development working.
Production services have not been impacted to UIS’s knowledge.
