Update from Monday, November 28:
The Campus Solutions outage on Sunday , November 27 reportedly caused some features in MyCUInfo to break. UIS was informed and the issues were resolved on Monday, November 28.
Update at 1:21 p.m.:
Campus Solutions has been restored.

Campus Solutions has been reported as unavailable. UIS is currently investigating this outage. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Service Incident Report:
Last Saturday, November 26th, an external party initiated an automated communication with one of the IP addresses UIS uses to support admissions Web services. As a result of this action, the servers supporting these services became overloaded and a significant percentage of valid transactions were unable to complete.
Over the balance of the weekend, UIS staff were able to diagnose the issue and service was restored Monday morning. The IP address used by the external party has been blocked and we are working with the external party’s hosting service to prevent this type of activity going forward. We are also actively monitoring the UIS infrastructure supporting Web admissions for any anomalies.
