UIS has resolved this issue and will engage with the vendor to identify and mitigate the cause.
Update 3:41 p.m.
UIS is continuing to investigate issues with:
MyCUInfo Portal: Some users are not able to login or are seeing maintenance pages
DARS remote server users are having issues connecting to the terminal server
Start of Issue, 9:27 a.m.
UIS is currently investigating reports of users unable to access Campus Solutions. Some users are getting the maintenance page when trying to access the service. Additionally, there are reports of errors in trying tro access DARS. UIS is currently investigating and does not have an ETA for when the service will be fully operational. Please continute to try to login if you receive errors.
Users have reported intermittent login issues.
