The servers which provide database functions for many campus services will undergo an update on Thursday, November 3 making a number of online services unavailable including CUConnect, CU-Boulder Identity Manager and Clicker registration (see the complete list below).
During the update users will be unable to login to CUConnect, CU-Boulder Identity Manager, Clicker registration, Web Services, Northstar lookup services, Book Store data retrieval, QuickAdmit, SID to Username Service and Token Exchange, and other services will be delayed (see details under Affected Services).

Service alerts are posted for planned service maintenance and unplanned service outages.
