Messaging and Collaboration

Last Updated: 11/17/2014

Overview

CU-Boulder provides robust email and calendaring options to all members of the campus community, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of collaboration, communications and scheduling.  Each of these email/calendaring options offers a suite of tools including email, personal calendaring, address books/contacts and task lists.  All CU-Boulder faculty, staff and students receive a CU-Boulder email account with a first.last@colorado.edu email address.

In addition to personal email offerings, a variety of bulk messaging communications tools are available to members of the CU-Boulder campus community.

Microsoft Office 365 Project

Over the coming months, Microsoft Exchange is being replaced by Microsoft Office 365 in order to combine email and calendaring with the Office 365's many cloud-based collaboration tools. Learn more about this implementation by visiting the Microsoft Office 365 project page.
