Overview
Apple Mail for OS 10.7 and OIT's Exchange service go hand in hand.
These are instructions for people who are using Apple Mail for OS 10.7, and want to configure their program to access an Exchange account.
Quick Start
If you cannot connect to Exchange and you have SecureMac (OIT provided application package that contains Fetch and terminal shortcuts) installed on your computer, you need to delete a file on your computer. Click here to find out how.

Step 1
Open Apple Mail for OS 10.6. In the pop-up window, enter:
- Full Name
- E-mail address in this format: culoginname@colorado.edu.
- If this doesn't work do your first.last@colorado.edu.
- IdentiKey Password.
Then click Continue as seen to the left:

Review the Account Summary and then click the Create button.
There is no screenshot for this step.
Step 3
Exchange is now setup, and you will be able to see mail, calendar events and folders you have in your Exchange account.
