The campus Enterprise Database will undergo an update on Wednesday, July 6 making a number of online services unavailable including CUConnect, CU-Boulder Identity Manager and Clicker registration.


During the update users will be unable to login to CUConnect, CU-Boulder Identity Manager, Clicker registration, Northstar lookup services, Book Store data retrieval, QuickAdmit, SID to Username Service and Token Exchange.

Affected Services

CUConnect ( IdM ( Northstar ( CUClickers ( In addition, the following "web services" and applications that are related to UIS portals will be impacted: Book Store data retrieval QuickAdmit (CEPS quick provisioning) Sid2UserNameService TokenExchange (provides some single-sign-on access to other resources via the UIS student portal).
