Service Restored Tue, 02/28/2017 - 3:46pm: Both services are back to normal functionality.
Issue Reported Tue, 02/28/2017 - 11:39am: OIT has confirmed that Qualtrics and Lynda.com are currently unavailable. When attempting to access Qualtrics and Lynda.com, users see an "Internal Server Error" page. The vendor has confirmed that Amazon data services are down, which these services depend on. No ETA yet for recovery. More information will be posted here as it becomes available
