Service Restored on 2/28 at 8:22 a.m.: The problem which caused documents to load slowly in the D2L Document Viewer has now been resolved by the vendor. OIT has confirmed that the issue is no longer appearing.
Service Issue Reported on 2/27 at 3:47 p.m.: There are reports of instructors being unable to view documents within Desire2Learn (D2L). This issue applies to documents such as Word docs and PDFs submitted to Dropbox folders as well as within the Content tool. Users are seeing the message "This document is rendering slowly." The vendor is working to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available
