Service Restored: Desire2Learn (D2L)

Service Restored 2/13 at 7:07 a.m.:  All users should be able to access Desire2Learn (D2L), both on and off campus. Any users still unable to access D2L should contact the IT Service Center at 303-735-4357 (5-HELP) or help@colorado.edu.

Service Issue Update 2/9 at 4:31 p.m.: Users off campus are still experiencing issues when logging into Desire2Learn(D2L); however, these users may be able to access D2L by logging into the campus Cisco VPN Client and then log into D2L. Those on campus should not be experiencing issues when logging in. 

Service Issue Update 2/9 at 11:00 a.m.: Desire2Learn should be available to those that are accessing on campus. Off campus users are still experiencing issues. 

Service Issue Update 2/9 at 9:06 a.m.: Our vendor has addressed the issue, however, the applied change might take additional time to propagate, possibly 24 hours. Users can try to refresh their browsers; however, since it will take time for the resolution to reach all users, you may not be able to access for some time.

We recognize the inconvenience this has caused and sincerely apology for the trouble. The vendor will continue to monitor the service and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Issue Update 2/9 at 7:58 a.m.: The vendor has addressed the issue and users should begin to able to access Desire2Learn (D2L). It may take some time before all users are able to access. 

Issue Reported 2/9 at 7:48 a.m.: There are reports that Desire2Learn (D2L) is currently unavailable. Vendor is engaged and working to resolve.
