How Can We Improve?

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) cares about your feedback. It gives us valuable insight into what IT services matter most to you and informs our decisions about resource allocation and service prioritization. Past feedback has driven the following changes: 2014 OIT Survey Actions Report.

On Tuesday, January 10, CU Boulder faculty and staff received a survey about OIT services. What service provides the most value? What can we can improve on? We look forward to hearing from you so we can tailor our services to better serve campus.

Completing the survey should take less than ten minutes and individual responses will remain confidential.
