Service Restored 11/30/16 at 6:53 a.m.: The maintenance performed this morning has resolved the processing job issue. Printing functionality has returned to normal. 

Issue Reported 11/29/16 at 4:33 p.m.: Student Printing and Scanning - Mobile Print is currently only processing some jobs. When a user send a jobs via email, the system responds saying the job is ready to print, but only some jobs are actually reaching the queue. OIT is engaged with the vendor to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
