Service Restored 9/23 at 12:16 p.m.: Mobile Print to single-sided is resolved and people can once again print single-sided jobs. Users may experience minor delays in all mobile print jobs as further work is done to identify the root cause of the incident.

Service Issue Update 9/21 at 4:28 p.m.: Students who sent jobs to the single-sided (-ss) email address can be issued a refund by filling out a refund request

Issue Reported 9/21 at 4:08 p.m.: Currently, all mobile print jobs are printing double sided, even when sending to bwprinting-ss@colorado.edu and colorprinting-ss@colorado.edu. If you need to print single sided, please use an alternate method by printing from a computer in an OIT computer lab or print remotely. OIT is working with the vendor to resolve and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
