Service Issue Updated at 12:48 p.m.: This phone outage is affecting not just calls to UIS, but all CU System Administration offices. This issue affects inbound calls to System Administration offices, but not outbound calls from them. UIS is working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
Service Issue Reported at 9:12 a.m.: The UIS phone system is experiencing a service disruption. External calls are currently not being received. UIS is working to restore the service and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
