Service Restored 2:59 p.m.: Centurylink was able to identify and resolve the issue. Calls to the CU Boulder Police non-emergency phone number 2-6666 from Avaya phones are now successfully connecting.
Service Issue Update 1:48 p.m.: Centurylink tech is currently onsite to troubleshoot the issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Service Issue Reported at 8:58 a.m.: Avaya phones are not able to connect to the CU Boulder Police non-emergency phone number 2-6666. This is a problem with the connection between the Avaya phone service and that line. The non-emergency phone number is still available and you can reach it from an on-campus Cisco VoIP desk phone (2-6666), mobile phone or off-campus landline at 303-492-6666. We have engaged Centurylink to fix the problem.
