Service Restored 12:55 p.m.: Microsoft has identified and resolved the issue and users should now be able to open documents online. They will continue to monitor the service.
Issue Reported 11:29 a.m.: Microsoft has reported that users are unable to open documents in Office Online (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote). As Microsoft works to resolve, users can download documents and use the applicable Office client to open and edit documents. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
