Service Restored 3/29/16, 12:27 p.m.:  This issue has been resolved and 911 calls from CU Boulder Avaya phones are routing to CUPD as normal with the correct address information. 

Service Issue Update 3/28/16, 5:03 p.m.: CU Boulder Avaya phones are now connecting to 911, but location information is currently unavailable. Callers will be manually re-routed to the appropriate dispatch center while they work to resolve. 

Service Issue Reported 3/28/16, 3:23p.m.: CU Boulder Avaya phones are unable to connect to 911. When 911 is called a fast busy signal is heard. OIT has engaged Centurylink to restore the service as quickly as possible.
