Service Restored 11:40 a.m.: The Skillsoft vendor has resolved the issue and service is back to normal. 

Issue Reported 10:18 a.m.: The vendor that hosts Skillsoft, CU Boulder's training portal, has reported they are experiencing technical difficulties launching courseware and are working to resolve. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
