Description

Service Restored by 11:30 a.m.: The one-way talk path issue (see details below) appears to be resolved. This issue affected only phone users who are on the campus's secondary Avaya network--approximately half of the campus phones. OIT is continuing to work with the vendor to find the source of the issue and a permanent resolution.

Service Issue Reported at 11:13 a.m.: OIT is investigating reports of Avaya phone users being unable to hear when called from off-campus numbers. This issue does not appear to be impacting Cisco VoIP phones. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
