Description
As part of the Elevate project, starting on Thursday, December 3 at 5:00 p.m., UIS will begin the upgrade to the finance system (FIN). During this time functionality in FIN may be restricted or unavailable. Please see the impact below. The upgrade will complete at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 10.
Impact
During the transition period, users can continue to submit Travel Card, Procurement Card, AO applications/changes, invoices and change order requests – these will be processed when the appropriate systems (HCM and/or FIN) are available.
New travel cards and procurement cards will be processed once HCM is live, but the AO setup and changes cannot be processed until Dec. 10.
Concur and CU Marketplace will remain available during the transition period to all employees who were authorized to use these systems as of Saturday, Nov 21.
